CRO was to manage the overall study right from enrollment to giving us the reports.

What Went Well

CRO managed the program very well and every thing went smoothly.

What Could Be Improved

Issue with enrollment since this was a specific target subjects we were looking. Secondly could have estimated the timelines better, since at some point felt we could miss a few.

Lessons Learned from the Experience

Again helped that this is also a global CRO and have a breadth f experience.
