What Went Well

They were very open and easy to contact. The CRO was flexible in adapting protocols to our needs and the particulars of the study.

What Could Be Improved

Adaptation of units, software and calculations. There were minor problems based on different versions.

Lessons Learned from the Experience

It is mandatory to define studies very precisely in details, even minor things have to be discussed and fixed in the protocol - animal housing, technical support, assays used for parameter monitoring
