Turnaround can be improved: The CRO’s timelines are not very flexible. The process of initial setting up is time consuming. Too much paper work.

Lessons Learned from the Experience

Good experience. Choosing the right CRO is very important: Choosing a right CRO for a right task is very important. We went through the initial screening for our tasks. It worked out well for us. The lesson is start the process early.
