To develop a cell-based ELISA assay which is specific, sensitive and robot. The qualification of the assay was performed by PPD. The validation of the assay was performed by PPD.

What Went Well

PPD was able to develop the assay in a tight timeline. The results meet our requirement for robustness, sensitivity and specificity. The scientists at PPD are very capable.

Lessons Learned from the Experience

The CRO did think outside the box and they provided an innovative solution to the development of the assay. The challenge is about selection of an antibody. They did a good job.
