What Went Well

Provide detail data on the protein post translational modifications present in the impurity peaks resolved by cation exchange chromatography. Help us understand the target molecule under native state and stressed condition.l

What Could Be Improved

It would be better if more types of MS instruments were used. Some conclusion needs to be confirmed using different techniques/instruments. For example, some modification was identified only based on measured mass, which is not fully convincing since there are other modifications with the same mass. MS2 data on important modifications using a more sensitive ot accurate instrument was needed.
