Courier options should be discussed at study start - do not assume that the vendor knows best! If samples critical different couriers work well in different parts of world - rely on local knowledge not just vendor. flexibility of team enabled solutions to unforeseen problems to be resolved. Proactive interaction with vendor is critical.
