The CRO was contracted to site recruitment and monitoring
What Went Well
The study is still ongoing...we are having some issues related to recruitment, so the challenge will be to resolve these issues successfully
What Could Be Improved
As previously stated, we are having recruitment challenges that don't seem to be adequately addressed.
Lessons Learned from the Experience
Lessons are that there need to be frequent team and high level meetings to put a 'behind-schedule' study back on track.
