CRO was contracted to do the selection, enrollment of the study subjects and overall mange the program

What Went Well

Overall the CRO managed the program very well including on time turnaround. They reports were very well done and all the information was readily available thru the CRO.

What Could Be Improved

Initially the program had some challenges in terms of enrollment so there was time where timelines could have shifted. However based on the CROs experience and expertise in the therapeutic area they were able to mage it well.

Lessons Learned from the Experience

Overall helps to work with a Global CRO who has the geographic presence, have the experience and expertise in a therapeutic area and have the necessary resources to mange a complicated project.
