Service Description

The CRO was contracted to label a protein with europium chlelate. The labeled protein was used in a biochemical assay for drug discovery.

What Went Well

The CRO was highly communicative and provided exactly what we asked for, along with all documentation. The protein yield was good and the quality high.

What Could Be Improved

This CRO carried out the study exceptionally well. Another CRO was unable to carry out the study to our satisfaction, thus we went with Perkin Elmer.

Lessons Learned from the Experience

The CRO knew going into this that another CRO had failed, so they took extra care to understand the issues ahead of time. They were successful in the end.
