CRO was contracted to mange most aspects of our clinical study, i.e., monitoring, clinical, data management, safety, etc.

What Went Well

The CRO worked hard to acheive the goals outlined in the agreement. They were knowledgeable and efficient during the study conduct. PMs were professional, polite and flexible.

What Could Be Improved

CRO stived to meet timelines, however it appears this is one of the bigger obstacles we, as a team have to continue to work towards.

Lessons Learned from the Experience

What I learned is the CRO is very experienced and is able to bring insight from a site's perspective on how/what can be realistically acheived.
