Service Description

We received a partnered compound based on a strategic alliance. We analyzed the preclinical properties and then partnered with a CRO for PK/PD studies. This was an important project for us due to us having milestone payments associated with deliverables so speed and accuracy were critical.

What Went Well

1. Very responsive team. 2. Project for a large pharma required dose-responses and PK/PD studies. 3. Work was performed on schedule and on budget. 4. Excellent format for the report also.

What Could Be Improved

1. More back-and-forth communication throughout the process. 2. However, since I was aware of their work before, less hands-on ramp-up time was required.

Lessons Learned from the Experience

It was a very standard project and so project SOPs were followed. No innovation per se was required, so cannot comment about "out of the box" thinking.
