Icon was contracted to propose countries and sites , then implementing the trial through Ethics and all National authorisations + hospital contract process. then Icon was in charge of all monitoring and data collection

What Went Well

good site identification since few site were non active monitoring was on track

What Could Be Improved

patient recruitment could have been a domain with more focus on Icon side both Project Manager and monitors

Icon was a good partner all along the trials. management of documents could have been improved in particular for TMF
