PRA is contracted to take care of the whole study. No activities performed by the sponsor.

What Went Well

Our present Project leader is very good. He get things done as soon as possible and is good at communicating.

What Could Be Improved

The first Medical writer assigned to the project, who helped us with the protocol, was not very skilled. This has led to a protocol that is not in the best shape. We still suffers from this.

Lessons Learned from the Experience

I learnt that no matter what CRO, no matter the size of the CRO and no matter what is the task, the persons are the most important Components. For our next study, I will select project leader at the CRO most carefully.
