What Could Be Improved

Perhaps upfront, i.e. without asking, provide a comprehensive study protocol, sample report and study timelines so the sponsor can grasp the study in its entirety and truly compare the value of the CROs proposal vs. that of competitors.

Lessons Learned from the Experience

I learned in this concrete example, that the CRO did whatever they could to convince as that they will deliver what is required for us as the sponsor and that it will be compliant with regulations. internal as well as external.
