Service Description

The CRO was contacted to conduct a study in the above mentioned indication. This included the site selection, EC and MoH approvals and the conduct. The CRO was asked to commit to the timelines and to reduce them.

What Went Well

The CRO prepared more sites than required thus non- recruiting sites could be replaced immediately. additionally the CRO worked closely together with patient groups and initiated several other patient retention and selection programs.

What Could Be Improved

The proactively in the site selection and the site set up was requested by the Sponsor. Very often the Sponsor provided some thoughts how the recruitment can be improved.

Lessons Learned from the Experience

Working closely with the CRO is helpful and improves the common understand to the issue. It also motivate the people more.
